Dr Akanksha completed her basic medical education from a private medical college in Maharashtra and her post graduation (DNB) in ophthalmology from a leading super speciality eye hospital in Bangalore.After which she did her fellowship in Phacoemulsification and Refractive surgery from the same hospital in Bangalore under the guidance of an internationally renowned eye surgeon. She has also done a short observership under Dr.Lucio Burrato in Italy. She has presented various papers and posters in state and national conferences. She also has publications in national and international medical journals. She has performed many cataract and refractive surgeries in private and trust hospitals.
